The band is characterized by their uncompromising, DIY- attitude combined with shouting, noice, glob and offensive gestures aiming at everybody and everything. Nothing is sacred to Svintask, not even the band itself.
The sound of Svintask has been compared with a wide range of groups, from classic Swedish punk like KSMB to Brittish Oi! Music and American hardcore from the eighties. Lately some objected music critics have put their own genre label on the sound of Svintask.
